| Kentucky Cowboy Mounted Shooters Minutes of September 8, 2010 The second meeting of the KCMS was brought to order by Rod McCracken at 6:00 p.m. in the conference room at Nelson County Public Library. The following were in attendance; Rod McCracken, Angie Greenwell, Clay Greenwell, Imelda Goss, Mike Goss, Stanley Goddie, Sarah Hays, Dennis Ellis, Linda Ellis, Darlene Bohannon, Bob Bohannon, Rick Hagan, Robert Picherill, Kimberly Thornton, Marsha Thorton, Ted Hicks, Bill Edwards, Peg Edwards. The meeting started with a video demonstrating mounted shooting. Rod presented an agenda on Power Point with the following items; -Elect club officers After discussion of job responsibilities these nominations and appointments were made with approval from all present. Rod McCracken, Match Director Angie Greenwell, Assistant Match Director Linda Ellis, Secretary Dennis Ellis, Treasurer (Open), Range Master -Establish amount for dues Rod made some suggestions and all agreed to the following; Annual dues starting October of every year for an individual with be $35.00, for a family (defined as living in the same home) $50.00 per year. Fees for non-members attending club sponsored seminars or club sponsored real practices will be $25.00 per person, per event. Members paid in full are free. -Set date for 1st mounted seminar Mounted seminars will be held every Saturday starting Saturday, September 11, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at High Trail Training located in Boston, Kentucky. Members or perspective members are to notify Rod by telephone or electronic mail as to their attendance by the Thursday before the Saturday seminar. -Set dates for KCMS regular meetings The next club meeting is scheduled for Thursday, October 7, 2010 at the Nelson County Library at 6:00 p.m. in Community Room 1.
